I/O Tube
Simple and fast! Make a video with your digital camera or mobile phone and show the audience your vision on computer science, explain your poster at Siren 2009, etc. All videos will be shown at the SIREN website and during lunch on November 5. The most original video will be shown plenary.
Call for posters
SIREN provides the opportunity for all ICT researchers in presenting their work at a poster session during the lunch break. The posters will also be collected in a poster book, that will be handed out at SIREN. The deadline for submitting a poster was September 30, 2009.
This years novelty is the Best Poster Award. Three poster participants will be invited to plenary present their poster in ten minutes at SIREN. Though a winner will be selected by the audience, they all win an interview in I/O Magazine!
I/O Award
At SIREN the winner of the I/O Award 2009 will be announced. This is the award for the best result with respect to outreach from the ICT research community to a broader audience.
